Description

An elegant design and an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio are the key assets of our Barkeeper stem.

This result is also due to the complex manufacturing of this high-quality masterpiece, which demands considerable effort and precision and involves various demanding steps, such as:

a precision forging process

multiple heat treatment

CNC machining of critical contact interfaces

shot peening to harden the surface

laser engraving

a black or clear anodised finish (RFF - Raw Forged Finish)

In collaboration with the prestigious German testing institute EFBE, the Barkeeper stem not only met the requirements of Category 5, the highest category, but in some cases even exceeded them by a significant margin. It thus guarantees optimal, worry-free use on trail and enduro bikes.
