It is important to clean your bike regularly so that sand and dirt accumulated on the derailleur, chain, pivots, fork, etc. do not become a source of squeaking and premature wear.

To wash your bike, you use Bike7 Clean. Bike7 Clean is a biodegradable cleaner with an optimised pH value to thoroughly wash your bike. It can be safely used on all materials, carbon and aluminium frames, matte or gloss paint, plastics, rubber, etc.

Bike7 Clean easily removes organic soiling such as sand, sweat, mud, drink residue, etc.

A cleaner should of course be used on a wet surface. You should therefore first wet your bike.

Then simply choose how to use it:

Either spray Bike7 Clean over the entire bike and leave it to work, then rinse the bike with the garden hose.

Thanks to the foamer, Bike7 Clean will stay in place better on your bike to be even more effective. It also allows you to see where you have already applied it and therefore be more economical.

Either spray your Rasta glove with Bike7 Clean and if necessary also the dirtiest areas of your bike, then scrub your bike before rinsing it with the garden hose.

The use of a pressure washer is unnecessary. Moreover, the use of a pressure washer (above 40 bar) can also cause water to infiltrate the bearings and thus damage them.

If you have first degreased your drivetrain with Bike7 Degrease, the contact between the 2 cleaners will trigger a reaction. Thanks to this reaction, the oily mixture is lifted and can be easily rinsed away. This way you avoid leaving marks on your frame when you wipe it down.

Bike7 Clean is the ideal cleaner if you ride with Pro WAX. When you clean your bike with Bike7 Clean, it will only remove the "worn" part of the Pro Wax around the chain. It will not remove the Pro Wax that is inside the links. After washing (and drying), you simply need to apply a single coat of Pro Wax to "top up" the wax on the chain.
