Description
Zayante Carbon is the ultimate combination of lightness, stiffness and versatility.
The all-new Zayante carbon crank features cold-forged LevaTime II X-Rings & M30 alloy Main Bolt/Self extractor crank bolts. These cranks are used with the M30 bottom bracket family: BSA, BB86, 386EVO, BB30, PF30, T47, BBRight or older Specialized OSBB road bike frames.

Cold forged Praxis Works chainrings
All Praxis Works chainrings are manufactured using the company's proprietary cold forging process, which allows for more complex shapes in the tooth profile. This so-called "one-shot" process enables the company to increase the number of shifting aids on the chainring, which is hardly possible with normal CNC manufacturing.
This process, which requires pressure of over 1,000 tonnes, produces an extremely hard and tough surface for maximum durability. Individual tooth profiles, alternating tooth angles, synchronised alleys and tactically positioned shift ramps are all features that ensure smooth shifting. All this creates one of the most durable and smoothest chainrings ever produced for cyclists.
LevaTime
LevaTime® is the result of years of intensive testing and meticulous tuning. The end result is one of the best and fastest shifts that the drivetrain can offer. With a LevaTime® chainring, multiple shift aids are strategically positioned to enable perfectly synchronised upshifts and downshifts. The synchronised shift paths are coordinated with the inner chainring and provide a clean channel for the chain. Each tooth is individually shaped to accomplish a specific task. Thanks to precisely positioned rivets, the chain is optimally controlled and chain slap is effectively avoided.
Praxis Works Zayante Carbon M30 Compatibility:
The Zayante Carbon can be fitted with the corresponding Praxis Works bottom bracket shells on BSA, BB86, BB30, PF30 or Specialized OSBB frames and is compatible with Shimano 10/11/12-speed drivetrains (including Di2), SRAM 10/11/12-speed and SRAM 22 11-speed as well as Campagnolo 10/11/12-speed (including EPS). The manufacturer recommends using a Shimano, KMC or Campagnolo chain.
Note: the axle tapers from 30mm to 28mm. For this, Praxis Works M30 bottom bracket bearings are required.
