It is important to clean your bike regularly so that the sand and dirt accumulated on the derailleur, chain, pivots, fork, etc. do not cause squeaking and premature wear.

To wash your bike, you use Bike7 Clean. Bike7 Clean is a biodegradable cleaner with an optimised pH value to wash your bike thoroughly. It can be used safely on all materials, carbon and aluminium frames, matt or glossy paintwork, plastics, rubbers etc.

Bike7 Clean easily removes organic soiling such as sand, sweat, mud, drink residues etc.

A cleaner is obviously used on a wet surface. You will therefore first make sure to spray your bike.

Or you spray Bike7 Clean over the entire bike and let it work, then rinse the bike with a garden hose.

Thanks to the foamer, Bike7 Clean will stay better in place on your bike to be even more effective. This also allows you to see where you have already applied it and therefore be more economical.

Either you spray your Rasta mitt with Bike7 Clean and if necessary also the dirtiest parts of your bike, then scrub your bike before rinsing it with a garden hose.

The use of a high-pressure washer is superfluous. Moreover, the use of a high-pressure washer (above 40 bar) can also cause water infiltration into the bearings and therefore damage them.

If you have first degreased your drivetrain with Bike7 Degrease, the contact between the 2 cleaners will generate a reaction. Thanks to this reaction, the oily mixture is lifted and can be easily rinsed off. This way you avoid making marks on your frame when wiping it.

Bike7 Clean is the ideal cleaner if you ride with Pro WAX. When you clean your bike with Bike7 Clean, it will only remove the "used" part of the Pro Wax around the chain. It will not remove the Pro Wax that is inside the links. So after washing (and drying) you simply need to apply a single coat of Pro Wax to "top up" the wax on the chain.
