TCS Rocket Plug Tool

Our innovative tubeless tyre plug tool is CNC machined from durable and lightweight 6061 aluminium alloy with an ergonomic design to fit your hand. Internal storage offers space for four anchors (two medium and two small are included) and fifteen plugs measuring 1.5 mm in diameter. The insertion tool and storage areas are covered with sliding caps to provide quick and easy access during the seconds following a puncture.

Always ready in case of a puncture

Before heading out for a ride, riders can preload a Rocket anchor with 1 to 4 tyre plugs depending on the terrain and the size of punctures they encounter in their area. Preloading with one plug may suffice for areas where cactus thorns cause most punctures, whilst 2 to 4 plugs may be more appropriate when cyclists encounter larger punctures caused by sharp rocks. The loaded anchor is then installed on the piston part of the tool, with a cap protecting the assembly. When a puncture occurs, the rider quickly grabs the tool, removes the cap and plunges the preselected quantity of plugs through the perforation for an instant seal.

An Extra Hand tool that offers additional time

The sound of air escaping from a puncture is never a sound we like to hear. Don't panic, we've got you covered with our Extra Hand tool. It deploys quickly by removing the short cap from the tool and placing the tip in the hole. The Extra Hand tool acts as a plug and offers greater peace of mind to begin the repair. The puncture is now temporarily sealed, you can now determine the correct number of plugs according to the type of puncture and load them into an anchor. The Extra Hand tool can also be used as a reamer to create a more uniform hole so that the plugs position themselves more effectively.

Reusable anchors enable repeatable success

Once an anchor is pushed into the tyre, it remains fixed in place until it is removed from the inside. The anchor is therefore reusable, an advantage that makes the TCS Rocket kit the most reliable and affordable kit on the market.
