Suspension servicing is a specialised area of bike repair and calls for specialised tools. Any factory technician will tell you how useful it is to have sockets specifically made or modified for the low-profile hex on top of each fork leg. The lead-in or chamfer on a standard socket greatly reduces contact between the tool and the part and can easily scratch or deform these nuts. For years, shops have ground down their sockets to remove the chamfer. The problem is that you can still end up with a loose-fitting socket that chews up these delicate parts. That’s why we started from scratch.

We make our sockets from billet aluminium to exacting tolerances to keep these parts in good condition. Fully machined with no lead-in, they make the specialised work of suspension servicing a little easier. They feature a 3/8" square drive for use with your favourite torque wrench, plus finger grooves to help thread the top caps into the fork legs when your hands are covered in oil. We’ve also kept them short (1" or 25 mm in every size) to reduce the risk of slipping off the top cap under torque. 

Available in seven individual sizes and as a six-socket set for most modern suspension forks on the market.
