Chris, our founder and spiritual guide, the King himself, is first and foremost a mountain biking enthusiast. We make this hub because it is a spiritual imperative for us, to honour the nature that has given us so much and to bring joy to Chris.

WHY YOU WANT IT

Our Boost Centerlock 148x12 rear hubs use one-piece axles for a rigid platform that optimises your suspension performance and transfers all your power to the terrain. For a perfect seal, they are fitted with bearing seals and reinforced circlips offering superior protection and minimal friction. Every hub is a true performance dream on the trails. Our bearings, in steel and ceramic, feature heat-treated surgical steel races machined simultaneously for a perfect fit. The quality and speed of our Chris King bearings will be felt (and heard) on every ride. The more Chris King bearing races bed in, the faster they become. Regular maintenance, even minimal, will ensure the longevity of this hub, even after many years of intensive use.
