Description
We made these monster chain whips at the request of some of our long-time customers who were working on the World Cup circuit. When a world-class sprinter stands up on the pedals of their track bike, it puts a strain on everything between the sole of their shoe and the tyre. This means the small track sprocket is screwed onto the hub as if He-Man had put it on. We lengthened these track chain whips to an impressive 17 inches (432mm), manufactured a specific reinforcement for 1/8 inch chain and assembled them with stainless steel rivets. All this makes for a robust chain whip worthy of the fastest men and women in the world.
Not to be used on multi-speed bikes. For 1/8" single-speed only.
